My Pizza takes pride in only using the highest quality ingredients. We advertise that we have the finest gourmet pizzas, so that’s why we refuse to use ingredients that are less than the best available. Even though we can purchase cheaper ingredients, we do not want to sacrifice our quality for value. People may say we are expensive, however, your taste-buds will tell you that you are getting great taste and so much value for the money spent.
Our Medium Pizza is 13″ which is bigger than other restaurants (12″)
Our Large Pizza is 15″ which is bigger than other restaurants (14″)
We do our best to evenly distribute each ingredient so that each bite tastes the same.
We do not use pork, none of our meat products are pork-based. We use turkey ham which is healthier and lower in fat. Our pepperoni, salami and sausage are 100% beef. Our shrimps are large sized and we do not use canned shrimp. We use grilled white meat chicken that is skinless and well-seasoned. We do not use any dark meat. My Pizza keeps it healthy.
My Pizza dough is 99% fat free, 100% worry free. The dough is prepared daily at the restaurant and allowed to rise for ultimate fluffiness and flavor. What makes our dough special? It is packed with flavor and prepared with natural herbs. Complimented with our light tomato sauce, the combination is exquisite.
All vegetables are grown locally in the South Valley area. Mushrooms are bought from Monterey Mushrooms, located down the street from My Pizza.
We have been using the same high quality cheese since 1993. Our cheese is produced locally here in the beautiful Bay Area. We experimented with other types of cheeses but others do not compare. We only want the best cheese to top off My Pizzas.
